Terms and Conditions for m999.cash – Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "m999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to m999.cash and the operating company behind the website, its mobile site, any associated applications and all related services.

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on m999, accessing any part of the platform or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of your binding agreement with m999.

These Terms apply to all users of the m999 platform, regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the platform.

3Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services on m999, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• Each person may hold only one account on m999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. You are responsible for updating your account details if your information changes.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. These are used for account verification, payment confirmation and security communications.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to use your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your login credentials are personal and must not be disclosed to anyone else.

m999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to complete a requested verification process may result in temporary suspension of account activity until the matter is resolved.

4Age Restriction – Strictly 18+

m999 is an adult gaming platform. All services on m999 are strictly available to persons aged 18 years and above only. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

m999 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentation proving your age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, m999 may:

• Restrict access to games and betting markets
• Suspend the ability to deposit or withdraw funds
• Place the account under review pending document submission

If it is determined that a minor has registered on m999, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any winnings arising from underage use of the platform will be forfeited. Deposits made by a minor will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

m999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local payment methods:

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to source.

m999 does not charge platform-side deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside m999's control and are your responsibility. Deposits may be subject to additional verification for anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering purposes.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your m999 wallet are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• KYC verification is required for cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 within a 30-day period
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; up to 24 hours for bank IBFT transfers
• Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank
• m999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank charges from your payment provider are separate from m999's processing

Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn. They must first be converted to real money through the applicable wagering requirement for each promotion. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Only fully wagered winnings from bonus funds are transferable to withdrawable real-money balance.

m999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where there are grounds for a compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being held pending investigation.

7Bonuses, Promotions & Referral Rewards

m999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion:

• Each promotion is intended for personal use only. Systematic abuse of promotions — including bonus harvesting, multi-accounting or coordinated play with other users — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated promotion validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• m999 reserves the right to refuse, modify, cancel or reclaim any bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Referral bonuses credited under the Refer a Friend programme are subject to the referred friend completing a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500 and meeting the minimum activity threshold stated in that programme's terms.

8Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on m999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. m999 does not accept requests to reverse or cancel confirmed wagers except in cases of technical errors attributable to the platform.
• If a technical error or software malfunction affects the outcome of a bet or game, m999 will investigate and resolve the matter at its discretion. Payouts arising from clearly malfunctioning games may be voided.
• Sporting event bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL). m999 does not recognise protest results or subsequently reversed decisions for settlement purposes unless the governing body officially amends the result within 24 hours.
• Abandoned sporting matches are handled according to the specific rules published for each sport in m999's sports betting section.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. m999 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• m999 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any individual player or market where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For casino games, the applicable rules of each game (roulette, poker, Andar Bahar, etc.) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game display rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for that game's operation.

9Responsible Gaming

m999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools and policies are in place to protect our players:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change request.

10Account Suspension & Closure

m999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information
• Suspected or confirmed underage use of the platform
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including card fraud, payment fraud or identity theft
• Detection of duplicate account activity
• Suspected collusion, bonus abuse or match-fixing participation
• Failure to complete a requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, m999 will aim to complete its review within 14 working days. Where funds are found to be legitimately owned by the account holder following an investigation, they will be returned. Where funds are determined to have arisen from fraudulent or prohibited activity, they may be forfeited.

Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completing the required verification steps, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the m999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of affected funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform
• Exploiting technical bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting activity on m999
• Colluding with other players in poker or any card game to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where your use of m999's services is prohibited by applicable law
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic multi-accounting or organised bonus exploitation

12Intellectual Property

All content published on m999, including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds and software, is the intellectual property of m999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
